Lotus introduced its first electric vehicle, Eletre. This all-electric hyper SUV is the first car to combine the LIDAR system it needs for self-driving with a design that can be hidden and removed inside the body as needed. It has a battery with a capacity of over 100 kWh, which can offer a range of 373 miles (600km.). 600 horsepower enables 0-62mph (0-100kph) acceleration to be completed in 2.95sec while allowing it to reach a maximum speed of 161 mph (260kph). Offering features such as air suspension, active cornering stabilization, and rear-wheel steering as standard, Lotus Eletre is also equipped with a panoramic roof, 15-inch OLED center console display, rear-view mirrors with cameras, and state-of-the-art driving assistance systems. It is planned to be launched in China and Europe in 2023 and in the USA in 2024. If you want to know more about Eletre, this great and innovative electric SUV from Lotus, click here.
