1939 Pontiac Deluxe Six Plexiglas “Ghost Car”

Heavenly idea vehicles just as creation vehicles make it to the spotlight at maker shows at car expos consistently, however, there has been nothing very like the Pontiac Deluxe Six Plexiglas “Phantom Car” at the 1939 World’s Fair in New York. Upfront at The Highways and Horizons display, the whole vehicle body was made from straightforward plexiglass for spectators to see essentially every part of the vehicle including the motor cove, suspension, undercarriage, and entryway boards, just as different mechanicals. It gave the open an at no other time seen perspective on the internal activities of a vehicle, and it cost an astounding $25,000 at that point. It was progressive in those days, however, perhaps placing a lady in the storage compartment today wouldn’t go over so well.
