Over the past decade, the decline in the number of riders has been a major problem in the motorcycle industry. Don’t want to stand by and watch, several companies have produced small two-wheelers and mini bikes specifically for children. The purpose is to let them ride bicycles since they were young and hope to have a lifelong passion for cycling. One such company is STACYC, a boutique start-up company located in the riverfront that has been producing fully electric pint-sized balance bikes for children and toddlers since 2016.
Shortly after being acquired by Harley-Davidson in 2019, STACYC released three black and orange versions of existing balance bikes, although two years later, the Southern California company has now announced the launch of the next bike manufacturer branded. KTM STACYC 12eDRIVE is equipped with 12-inch wheels with three power modes, suitable for cyclists aged 3 to 5 years, while KTM STACYC 16eDRIVE has 16-inch wheels, suitable for drivers aged 4 to 8.
