While Cadillac‘s reputation and image have changed dramatically over its 120-year history, its immense sense of luxury has been a defining feature of the company. Although luxury in the automotive industry has traditionally meant plush seats, premium materials and decorations, and spacious interiors, breakthroughs in automotive technology have revealed a new luxury car concept. Aiming to stay at the forefront of premium automobiles, Cadillac introduced the concept “InnerSpace”, a brand new car with autonomous driving technology, in order to lay a foundation for its future.
Representing a technologically far more advanced electric car than Cadillac‘s LYRIQ, the InnerSpace resembles an ultra-stylish modern-time concept car with its full panoramic glass roof and insanely low and aerodynamic futuristic design. The large-sized grille, the signature of the American brand Cadillac, the single-piece driver and passenger seat arrangement, and a smart LED screen that offers a 180-degree field of view where the windshield is located are the first details that stand out.
Although Cadillac is in no rush to get it’s autonomous ‘InnerSpace’ concept into production, the vehicle still offers a glimpse into the future, where autonomous cars will look more like luxury hotel rooms on wheels than traditional cars. If you want more information, you can click here.
