Red Rock House

The 16-section of land plot in the Berkshires incorporated a precarious incline encompassed in trees. As opposed to disturbing the common geology, the Red Rock House grasps the site’s impediments and uses them as motivation for the home’s plan. The property sits on a level made by a 200-foot holding divider and is included three zones — house, guesthouse, and nursery. The structures are associated with a bluestone way that prompts a stage cantilevering off the slope and over the stream beneath. Clad in western red cedar, the two volumes and their square-shaped structures share a moderate appearance making a contemporary supplement to the encompassing nature. Their insides share the equivalent disentangled stylish, permitting the treetops to be the concentration from the far-reaching boards of coating.
