Bombardier Global 8000 Business Jet

Built to meet the standards of CEOs and VIPs, the Bombardier Global 8000 Business Jet sets a new standard for private travel. This luxury aircraft will be the world’s fastest and longest-range business jet with a range of 8,000 nautical miles (approximately 15,000km) and a top speed of Mach 0.94 (approximately 1,000kph). The incredible range will allow the jet to connect cities like Los Angeles and Singapore and London and Perth.

It has a sumptuous interior with Nuage seats, directional audio, a 4K entertainment system, class-leading HEPA air filtration, and a suite with a full-size bed and shower. Each living space has Bombardier’s touch dial and suite controllers, which conveniently control things like sound, lighting, and temperature. The technologies are specially designed for the Global 8000, according to Bombardier.

As far as the cockpit, the plane features Bombardier‘s “Vision” flight deck, which has its “next generation fly-by-wire technology” that maximizes safety.

This luxury business jet is expected to start deliveries in 2025 and, once on the market, will be the industry’s fastest civil aircraft since the iconic Concorde. However, it may not be alone. Colorado-startup Boom Supersonic is hoping to debut its high-speed aircraft, Overture, by 2025, with its first flight planned for 2026.
