2022 Specialized Allez Sprint

If you take a look at the fastest road bikes in the world, you’ll quickly see that the vast majority of these models feature advanced composite (usually carbon fiber) frames. While this allows producing an incredibly light two-wheeled vehicle, it often results in incredibly high prices. Specialized, which wants to offer the high-performance features of a road bike with a carbon frame in a more affordable package, has carefully developed the new Allez Sprint series, which they launched as the fastest alloy road bike of all time.

The latest version of the Allez Sprint, this alloy frame model benefits from a range of features found in the Specialized Tarmac SL7, as well as a lightweight yet robust alloy construction and Smartweld technology for improved aerodynamics, power transfer, and handling.

In addition to the Tarmac SL7 having a carbon fiber seat post and a carbon fiber fork, the bike also has; DT R470 alloy wheels, Shimano 105 shifting and hydraulic disc brakes, lowered seat bolsters, Body Geometry Power seat, integrated cables, and the most complex alloy head tube Specialized has ever designed. These updates and upgrades allow the latest Allez Sprint to be 41 seconds faster on a 40km course than previous models.

The new Specialized Allez Sprint models range in price from $1,700 to $6,800. Click here if you want more information.
