Segway SuperScooter GT Series

Segway‘s rise continues with the Indiegogo launch of GT1 and GT2, members of the SuperScooter GT series, a powerful scooter that can reach a maximum speed of 43mph (70kph). The GT1 model in this series uses a rear hub motor that produces 1400 watts of power, offers a top speed of 37mph (59kph), and is powered by a 1kWh capacity battery mounted under the body. Although it is stated to offer a range of approximately 43 miles (70km), we know that the driver’s control of the throttle can change this range value downwards. Both GT models; It has a frame made of aluminum used in aircraft construction, a 15-level suspension, and front/rear hydraulic disc brakes. In other words, we can easily understand that they are designed for adventure-seeking types rather than those who would prefer them for daily standard use. The GT2 model, on the other hand, comes with a dynamic traction control system and 1500 watt dual hub motors that offer higher performance and a 1.5 kWh battery.
