One of the most respected brands in the world, Adidas, has added its own interpretation to the wireless headphone models that are frequently encountered wherever you turn your head. While it’s no stranger to affixing its own signature strips to some earphone models before, the latest takes things to a whole new level for the iconic performance brand. While they’re likely the manufacturer you’ll be visiting when you’re looking to buy a new pair of running shoes, Adidas is playing a game of putting all three strips in your ears by adding the first true wireless earbuds to its lineup that is as secure as they are stylish.
Z.N.E 01 and Z.N.E. 01 ANC
Adidas has developed the Z.N.E 01, Z.N.E. 01 ANC, and FWD-02 Sport wireless headphones, it makes it clear that they are oriented towards audiophiles a little more seriously than their previous models. When it comes to sweat and water-resistant Z.N.E. 01 ANC, we see the addition of a pair of 6mm drivers and the Awareness mode, which is similar to Apple‘s Transparency mode. The earphones offer approximately 4.5 hours of listening with noise-canceling active, 6 hours with noise-canceling disabled, and 20 hours if we take the charging case into account. On the other hand, the model without ANC has a lighter appearance and a listening life of 5 hours.
FWD-02 Sport
Finally, the ergonomic FWD-02 Sport is designed to meet the needs of casual runners better than its predecessors and is equipped with adjustable ear tips and wings, a ventilated charging case, Awareness mode, and an IPX5 rating of sweat/water resistance.
