Sony Vision-S Prototype Electric Car

Sony’s first electric car is no longer just an idea. Its rolling prototype is being tested on public roads in Austria. The prototype has 40 sensors and advanced autonomous driving functions, as well as in-car passenger monitoring, air updates and 5G connectivity. The Sony Vision-S is equipped with a dashboard display and a display installed in the headrest for use by rear-seat passengers. The platform itself is Magna‘s unique design and can be adapted to other uses such as SUVs. Sony has not released performance or range specifications, but hopes to be available as the car enters the testing phase. Click here for more detail about Sony Vision-S Prototype Car.
