Porsche Boxster 25 Years Roadster

In 1993, Porsche released its initial concept study, which later became the first-generation Boxster in 1996. Although the mid-engined convertible sports car lacks the prestige and historical significance of its 911 walkie-talkie, the Boxster still resonates with many drivers. Since the model was launched, Porsche has finally seen more than 350,000 sales. Since Boxster was released in 1996, 2021 is the 25th anniversary. This Stuttgart company has chosen the 718 GTS 4.0 limited edition, namely “Boxster 25 Years” to commemorate this occasion.

The limited edition 718 is equipped with a sports chronograph package, Porsche torque vectoring and Porsche active suspension management. It is all powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat six-cylinder engine, which can extract 394 horsepower and output 0-60mph in less than four seconds. The top speed exceeds 180mph. Although Boxster 25 Years is available in white, silver or black, each painting is equipped with two-color 20-inch wheels and side shovel finished in silver and Neodyme, as well as Bordeaux red interior and roof. This is a reference to the original concept The study nodded clearly. The 2021 Porsche Boxster 25 Years is expected to be sold at major dealers this spring, with a limited edition of 1,250 units, with a starting price of US$98,600. Click here for more details.
