Located at the bottom of the Dolomites in South Tyrol, the Floris Hotel is a collection of modern treehouse suites from the Parc Hotel Florian. The volume of the gable is placed on a ten-foot support frame to limit damage to the ground and then stacked to form a two-story structure with five rooms on each floor. Its front facade is painted green, and the rest of the exterior is covered with weathered wood, blending with the surrounding landscape. Inside, the moody interior remains open and features a bedroom, bathroom, living area, and private sauna. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows can enjoy the beautiful view of the entire park and distant mountains, and at the same time, the living space can be extended to a covered balcony when it is open. The other terrace has an open-air bath, and there is a terrace with a hammock between each suite for you to relax in the scenery. Visit Network of Architecture for more details about Floris Hotel.
