Villa Korup

Situated in the Danish wide open on the island of Fyn, the Villa Korup replaces a home that was devastated in a fire for a group of six. The coordinated effort between Jan Henrik Jansen Arkitekter and Marshall Blecher takes on a three-legged design making a trio of special open-air spaces — a radiant south-bound yard, a nursery off the kitchen, and a plantation play area. On the inside, its floor plan builds up a focal center for public social events while private zones are spread all through the wings. The residence is made altogether from cross-covered timber and uses mechanically made boards made from economical Baltic fir, taking into consideration getting together in simply three days. Clad in crude enduring steel, the outside veneer will patina in stages after some time. For more information about the Villa Korup click here.
